Prometheus was founded by leaders who have built brands, scaled organizations, managed distributor networks, and led growth across every layer of the beverage industry.
Our leadership team brings decades of experience across suppliers, distributors, national accounts, commercial strategy, and operational transformation — but more importantly, a shared belief that the industry needs a more connected way to grow.


As Chief Supplier & Growth Officer at RNDC, he led strategic transformation initiatives across one of the industry’s largest distribution networks. Prior to RNDC, as President & COO of Terlato Wines, he helped drive record profitability and expand the company’s owned brand portfolio into a major growth engine. Earlier at E.&J. Gallo, he launched the company’s first import platform, helping build a business that generated more than $170M in revenue.
Throughout his career, Dave has been recognized for connecting long-term strategic vision with disciplined execution — helping organizations scale while strengthening supplier, distributor, and customer relationships.

At RNDC, Megan led one of the company’s largest business units, overseeing more than $6B in revenue while delivering significant profit growth and building one of the organization’s strongest supplier partnership track records. Prior to RNDC, she helped build Constellation Brands’s first Total Beverage Alcohol division, supporting long-term portfolio growth. She began her career at E. & J. Gallo Winery, building deep experience in distributor management and commercial execution.
Known for combining strategic thinking with operational rigor, Megan brings expertise across supplier strategy, organizational leadership, and execution. A Harvard-trained executive in leadership and digital transformation, she is focused on building scalable systems that create long-term value.

Throughout his career, Bobby has held leadership roles across Constellation Brands, The Wine Group, PepsiCo, and emerging beverage platforms, building a reputation for developing high-performing teams and delivering measurable market results. He has led commercial organizations responsible for more than $500M in revenue, with expertise spanning distributor management, route-to-market execution, and large-scale sales leadership.
At Prometheus, Bobby leads the development of Prometheus Represent, helping build a modern execution platform designed to improve alignment and in-market performance.
